Your week at a glance

Chairlift conversations
1Morning · Tue to Thu8:00 am – 12:00 pm

The day starts on the mountain.

Networking activities, not meetings. Ride the lifts and talk between runs, fish the upper Owens with a guide, or sled the backcountry. Not into any of that? Networking breakfasts run all three mornings.

A condo conversation
2Afternoon · Tue to Thu1:30 – 5:00 pm

Two breakouts, two formats.

Two 90-minute blocks every afternoon. Small-group conversations in the condos: one host, a few couches, no slides. Or talks and panels in the ballroom. Pick one of each, or two of one. Three themes every day: People, Process, Product.

Block 1 · 1:30–3:00Block 2 · 3:30–5:00
Canyon Lodge reception
3Evening · Tue to Thu5:30 – 9:30 pm

Dinner, then everyone together.

Themed dinners in the condos and the Village first. Then the whole Summit at one networking reception: Canyon Lodge on Tuesday and Wednesday, the finale at McCoy Station on Thursday. Gondola up, drinks, appetizers, RC cars on the course outside.

Best for late-night networking: the bar is open until 12:30 am, with lobby space for 80+.

The best breakthroughs don't happen in a boardroom.

They happen on a chairlift, in a condo and over dinner. Now fully independent under G28: backed by a coalition of partners, owned by no single company. Neutral ground, on purpose.

The last revolution was the factory floor. This one is the office.

A hundred years ago the hard part of the job was physical. The last industrial revolution put machines on the floor, and the work moved up into the office: programming, quoting, planning. Blue collar to white collar.

Now Ai is doing the office work too. It won’t make the work go away; automation never has. It moves the problem forward, to the part no software does: finding the right people, earning their trust, and building things together.

That’s the next phase, and it’s still work. Real work, done in person. It’s what G28 is here for.

Treat adults like adults

Treat people like kids and they act like kids. Treat them like adults and they act like adults. So we don’t script the room.

No booths, no badge scans. A mountain, a few clear rules, and a few hundred people who came a long way to talk. The ski hill works the same way: clear boundaries, then go where you want.

Travel

Fly into Reno, Bishop or Mammoth

We meet you at the airport. Arrive Sun 11, head home Fri 16 or Sat 17. The smaller the plane, the closer you land, so book the short hops early.

RNO
Reno

Summit shuttle. The most flights and the biggest planes. A longer ride in, with the conversation starting on the bus.

BIH
Bishop

Short shuttle. Regional flights from Denver and San Francisco. In 2026 the Denver flight was 65 of 70 seats Summit people.

MMH/LAX
Mammoth

Land in town. Advanced Air from Hawthorne (10 minutes from LAX) or Carlsbad. About an hour, nonstop, roughly $500 round trip. Small planes, few seats: book early.
