G28 LLC: Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use g28.io, its subdomains and the Summit app (the "site"), or text or call G28. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy, at g28.io/privacy, explains how we handle your information.

1. Who you're dealing with. The site is run by G28 LLC, Tehachapi, California.

2. Your account. Keep your sign-in links and the email, phone or accounts you sign in with secure; activity on your account is treated as yours unless you tell us it wasn't you. Tell us at hello@g28.io if you think someone else has used it. You must be 18 or older.

3. Buying passes. The price shown includes every required fee, any tax is shown before you pay, and Stripe processes payment. Each pass is governed by the Participation Agreement, Waiver and Release you sign when you register, including its refund, transfer and cancellation terms. If those terms and these ever conflict about the event, the Participation Agreement controls.

4. Ai at G28. G28 uses Ai to draft some things for you, such as a letter to your manager, and to answer questions on the site. It tries to be accurate but can be wrong. Your confirmation emails, your registration on the site, and written notices from G28 are the official record; if the Ai says something different, the official record controls. Nothing the Ai says is an offer, a price or a promise from G28, and nothing it says changes a price, a refund, your booking or these terms unless a person at G28 confirms it in writing. Ask for a person at any time.

5. Using the site well. Don't misuse the site or other people's information: no scraping, spam, impersonation, harassment, attempts to break security, or using contact details you find here to sell to people who haven't asked. We may suspend or close an account that does.

6. What you post. If you post content, such as a profile, a photo or a message, you keep ownership of it and give G28 a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show it on the site and use it to run and promote G28 events. Only post what you have the right to share. If you delete it, we stop showing it on the site, though event materials already made may stay.

7. Our content. The site's text, design, logos and video belong to G28 or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and use what's meant to be shared, but not copy the site or reuse our material commercially without permission.

8. Other services. Sign-in providers, Stripe and other linked services have their own terms, and G28 isn't responsible for them.

9. Changes and availability. We improve the site often and may change or pause features. When we change these terms, we post the new version here with its effective date and a short note saying what changed, and earlier versions stay published. A change applies from the date it's posted and never to a purchase made before it. If a change affects your account, we'll ask you to accept it before your next purchase.

10. Limits. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, G28 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and its total liability to you for the site is limited to what you paid G28 in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Law. California law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Kern County, California, matching the Participation Agreement.
